They are very simple to use, but were a bit fiddly at first. Simply open the 2 metal bars and insert your nipple between them. There are 2 metal rings at either side of the bar, which you slide towards your nipple. You can close them to make them more intense or have them a bit looser by pulling the rings further apart, it all depends on how much ‘sensation’ you can take.
