Das Teil knickt beim Erreichen des Colon sigmoideum einfach um 180 Grad um und kommt bei vollem Hineinschieben zum Anus wieder raus. Abhilfe schafft eine lange Edelstahldruckfeder mit 10 mm Außendurchmesser, die in voller Länge in den Schlauch geschoben werden muss. Mit der Drahtstärke der Feder kann eine individuelle Anpassung erfolgen. Nach dieser Modifikation ist das Teil wirklich super zu gebrauchen.

Perfekte Anal-Hygiene

Ich kann den XL-Duschkopf nur empfehlen...
An die Länge muss man sich zwar erst gewöhnen, aber wenn man den Dreht raus hat, tut er was er soll.
Und das Beste daran ist, das die Reinigung viel schneller von statten geht als mit den kurzen Duschaufsätzen.

I use it every morning.
