Love how comfortable they are and very easy to get on/off. Comfortable enough to wear for extended periods as I like to wear them when I go out. It makes my bulge more apparent in my shorts or pants especially since I don't wear underwear. I use them as ball stretchers and cock rings. The only thing I question is its longevity. I purchased four and within a couple weeks one of them already ripped apart rendering it useless.
