Zumal außer dem Schloß auch noch 2 Inbusschrauben das Skrotum in Position halten. Eine nagelplatte kann zur zusätzlichen Qual mittels 2. Flügelschrauben and den hoden gedrückt werden. Was ich persönlich sehr schmerzhaft finde. An den Enden des Humblers ist jeweils eine Öse angebracht mit welcher man eine Kette mit Schloß oder ein Seil befestigen kann was ein spreizen der Beine und eine Entkommen aus "Primatenposition" unmöglich macht.
