A spreader bar is a length of material usually metal but I have seen wood and fabric versions, which has attachment points and is designed to keep legs/wrists/knees spread. Funny that, eh? Whatever version you chose should come with attachment points and here, you can be fastened into place. This usually occurs with cuffs, however, rope can be used too and if truth be told, I prefer it. Some versions come with cuffs already attached and we dislike this option as it is better in our opinion to be able to change it up but of course, each to their own.
This bar, above, is one solid piece that can’t be broken down and it has 5 O-rings which are welded into place. One at each end and 3 rings spread out along the length of the bar.
