It's very easy to use; just use lube, slide on and pump (slowly!!) until the desired effect is achieved. The suction is strong enough for that part of the body; anything stronger and it'll rupture blood vessels (very bad) and if you need something stronger then perhaps seek medical help (don't resort to using a vacuum cleaner!!)
