This is an effective device to keep a sub quiet! Made of good quality soft leather, laced from rear with a leather thong with a bukkling locking leather collar. Once in it the sub must relax as the two small nose holes will allow only a limited breathing. Good first e-stim toy
The size and shape are perfect, the vibrations are just right, it's easy to pull out, and the e-stim is not too extreme for a beginner. I'm looking forward to trying it with the gel next. Most of the time it works just like the instructions say, and you can actually turn off one or both or the other without turning off the whole she-bang, but you have to read the instructions to learn how.
