I was dubious about this at first. I thought is was a 100% no-no to pump air into the bladder. Sterile saline or water is fine, but you still have to be very hygienic. But having read all about it and knowing the limitations I have used this three times since last week. You don't actually have to push this in very far. It is just the air pressure from squeezing the bulb that moves air when it has nowhere else to go. When filling the bladder, it is kind of tickling deep inside - really good. But the best is when you late the air go - it kind of rattles the inside of your urethra and makes the most amazing fart noises!! After an evening session I do find a little residual air in the bladder, which either comes out a little later or first thing in the a.m. The farts produce lots of frothy bubbles.

I received both items after a month and the quality made it worth it. The steel part of the gag was big, relatively heavy and shiny. Unfortunately as a newbie, I overestimated how much my mouth can open up which sucks (pun intended) and I confused the inner diameter with the outer. I will definitely give it another go as the jaw has muscles and muscles can be stretched over time. Overall it is a good product, built to last and wide enough to please even the most gifted partners. If it fails as a gag it can be used as a c0ck ring which is also great. Another positive thing is that the steel part is completely odorless and doesn't give any aftertaste. The package was secure with no signs of the brand or the products and it was filled with squishy polystyrene flakes for protection, while the items were separated with plastic bags. The order came with a return form just in case there is an issue and some advertisements of some other products. I will order again from MEO for sure as both the products were good and the customer service was VERY informative and helping.
