This product works great. I inserted it before attaching it to the shower just to see if it would fit all the way, it did! Cleans you out completely. Used it also after the clean out and it was a great feeling.
It may be cheaper than the others but this is a very very good pump indeed. Just remember dont go crazy, dont pump too fast too hard, let it do its job low, slow and gradual. I highly recommend this pump!
