The best way I can describe how Xtensity works is that instead of being a vibrator that you can touch to your skin, it grabs your penis and turns it INTO A VIBRATING RESONATOR, along with your balls, your prostate, and probably your liver. It's hard to describe how it feels other than to say that it feels like rediscovering sexual stimulation. My only critique is that it can pretty quickly abrade your penis head if you keep using it too long and that can make it a little sore, and that's not even enough of a critique to take my review below 5 stars. My advice would be to wait until you're pretty horny and pretty hard and maybe even warm yourself up for a while so the Xtensity is more of a final round than the beginning/middle/end.
