This is a great all purpose spreader bar. It makes a great first bar for a beginner. I find that it doesn't go as wide as I'd like, so I eventually upgraded to a larger bar. The metal is also very lightweight, which is great of you're looking for decent mobility. Not might be what you're looking for if you want something heavier, though. Overall, this bar is a decent value. It gets the job done and is very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

It’s basic, but it does its job well; just make sure to play safely once you pick it up.
Wenn man den suck-o-mat richtig anwendet, dann macht er richtig Spaß mit ihm und es ist wirklich ein Hammerorgasmus wenn man freihändig kommt! Ich würde übrigens viel Gleitgel dazu empfehlen, dann ist es noch besser.
