Die Platte mit den Dornen haben wir übrigens abmontiert und umgedreht, sodass ein normaler glatter Hodenquetscher daraus wird.

The best thing about this is the fact that it is customizable to you, and you can increase distance at you own pace. The only thing i can see for a downside is the langth. I haven't gone out in public with this thing on but I'm sure it will be noticable. So for me this is an easy 5 Star product
