MEO makes many different styles of Wrist & Ankle restraints. Each one slightly different. This one is a kind of in the middle of the group. It's huge! Not a toy for beginners. Don't think that you can just buy one and get it all in straight away; it takes some work! Feels amazingly full and stretched when it's in though! Nice and squishy to touch as well. Leaves me stretched out for a while afterwards.

This is made out of a soft silicone and leather. The neck strap is adjustable to fit most necks. This is nice because you can bit it with out braking a tooth. A lovely chap tried this on me a little while ago, and it was so much fun that I got my own. It's delightfully prickly and delicate if you want it to be, or spiky and painful. I'd suggest starting off a little bit gentle, and the pins are rather sharp, but it feels amazing if used correctly.
