Not for the timid, must be able to take a lot of pain. I use on my husband when he is tied up. Thankfully he can take high threshold of pain, other nipple style clamps do not hurt him at all. Be very careful when you take them off, he told me it was the most pain he felt once i removed after 40 to 50 minutes. I would not recommend leaving them on any longer. Very happy with purchase.
