In theory, the design is clever and would as inescapable as it claims - making it a true leader in the world of chastity devices. It carries the similar fatal flaw of many chastity devices, in that it does not seem to have been made for penises with foreskins. Unless there is a trick I am unaware of, it caused a great deal of grief. But the reason for only two stars is that it's name and major selling point is "balls in", but it's completely impossible to fit more than one ball in the case. There's no flexibility in the plastic, so you can't just squeeze them in. Believe me. We spent the better part of an hour trying different tactics. You're left with one ball just flopping miserably out of the side. It rather ruins the whole effect. Inescapable, yes, but also unwearable. Only wish I could get a refund.
This arrived last week, and has been played with 5 or 6 times. The sensation is very pleasant. I do two different things with this - one is to push it in as far as it will go (this does not get near you bladder if you are a guy) pump till you feel it, before it hurts, and then slowly pull it all the way out. The second is to push it all the way in and pump as much as you can handle. Deflate. Move it out a centimeter and pump again. Deflate again and so on until the balloon pops out of your cock. My only criticism is that balloon inflates in a very uneven way - inflated outside the urethra it bends at 90 degrees. I don't think it will do that when in the urethra but it makes me wonder about Quality Control and longevity.
