i have been wanting a real Gag for many years. This is an awesome GAG, it almost stops air 100% and it is comfortable, i sleep in mine generally for 2-3 hours so i can endure it when it is used for real. i've only had it a little while, a few weeks, but it rocks if you want a GAG.
