I bought this hoping that it would be able to stretch my sphincter, using the two-bulb design. Sadly it didn't actually work for that at all. There is a nice stretch inside, and there's some fun sensation by being able to squeeze the outside portion to pulse the inside portion, but I was disappointed overall. If you are looking for a nice internal stretch, this is good. If you are trying to increase your ability to take larger toys, you might be better with the Pro Set for Anal Stretching or the Anal Stretching Ring 24/7. I've had better results with those.
