I have used these for years and have gone through a couple of hundred rings. I do not leave them on longer than 30 minutes, so put them on near the end of a long session. While clamping the areola can feel great, elastration is much better. Clamps tend to make the nipple most sensitive along one axis. The rings cause uniform and overwhelming sensitivity all the way around, twisting, pulling, crushing, etc. in any direction.
