Rather fiddly to get on at first but once in place you aren't going to escape without pain. I would suggest you should relieve yourself prior to being enclosed in this extreme device. The spikes are just sharp enough to let you know that you are wearing it until your member starts to grow. It is a little heavy but you soon get used to that. Well made and easy to clean
