Have tried several other cages over the years, and this is by far the best one. Perfect for long-term wear. No need to remove for cleaning as the open design allows for very thorough cleaning while locked. It's lightweight, low profile so not really noticeable under clothing, and super comfortable. Very practical for the long-term.
So far these have been great I ordered the full set (S, M, L and XL) and have not had any issues. However, I am well aware that the size of the base could be problematic but mostly use these on my partner where I can be sure they are not going to slip inside because I do not let go with them. Mostly Use these for gaping my partner hole, then graduate to other toys
